Your Role as a Student Ambassador

Description: This course is designed for student
ambassadors, those responsible for ambassador programs and those interested in
starting a student ambassador program. This course outlines the student ambassador’s
roles and responsibilities, describes the ambassador organization and provides the
student with an understanding of the how to get the highest level of impact from the
student ambassador program. Although designed specifically for the ambassador
program, this course also provides a thoughtful review of basic recruiting techniques
and practices, including how to deal with difficult questions from students and
parents, how to set up and conduct the campus tour, and the ambassador’s role in
special events.
