Description: For many, the admissions counselor job is the first professional position. What does professionalism mean? This course takes a look at a number of different behaviors and helps the student step through the potential impact of being professional, or not. The authors of this course recognize that the specific campus cultures or climates have a major impact on acceptable behaviors and styles. However, no matter where you’re located there are standards of good practice that drive professional behavior.
