Center for Enrollment LeadershipSM (CEL) A division of NRCCUA respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask others using this site (collectively referred to as “Users”) to do the same. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and state laws applicable to the content on this site, including copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction (copying), adaptation (modification), distribution, public display or public performance of a copyrighted work constitutes an infringement of the copyright owner’s rights in the work. If CEL is advised that a User is allegedly infringing the intellectual property rights of either CEL or a third party, CEL may, under appropriate circumstances, with or without cause and in its sole discretion, terminate that User’s access to the CEL website.

  5. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are legally authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
